The Joint-Specific Training Library is a space where individuals can utilize the training videos in a variety of ways: 1. Take your training to the next level by using the program in its entirety, having more than two years of training that is progressive in nature and trains major joint complexes and more. 2. Select a training block that specifically focuses on a single joint for 4-6 weeks. 3. Pick and play. Choose any of the many on-demand training videos to suit your joint and training needs. Joint-specific training is performing specific work that changes the physical state of the joint to have increased joint space, improved connective tissue architecture and its ability to bear load, and increase muscular work capacity.
